What it costs,
and how you’re billed.
ShipSourced charges for the work of fulfilling an order — the label, the handling, and the goods if we source them. There is no platform fee and no subscription. Every line is shown on your invoice before you pay it.
How billing works
ShipSourced bills you directly — not through Shopify.
The ShipSourced app is free to install. No charges of any kind are made through the app or through Shopify’s billing system, and nothing from ShipSourced will ever appear on your Shopify invoice.
Fulfilment, shipping and product costs are billed to your ShipSourced account under your service agreement, in the client portal at shipsourcedcenter.com. You add a payment method there, you see each charge itemised against the order that caused it, and you are charged there.

Shipping label
Every order we ship
We rate-shop USPS, UPS and DHL on each parcel and buy the cheapest label for that shipment. Quoted per SKU and destination for your account.
Pick & pack
Every order we ship
One flat rate per order, with the packaging itself included. Set for your account when you are quoted — it does not change per order.
Product cost
Only if we source your product
What the goods cost, passed through. If you send us your own stock, there is no product cost — you already own it.
China fulfilment
Orders shipped from Shenzhen
Handling for factory-direct orders that skip the US leg. Included in your quoted per-SKU rate.
Card surcharge — 3.5%
Only if you pay by credit or debit card
Applied to the payment amount to cover card processing. Paying by bank transfer (ACH) avoids it entirely.

What we don’t charge
No platform fee. No minimum.
No charge through Shopify
The app is free to install and takes no payment through Shopify. Nothing from ShipSourced appears on your Shopify bill.
No subscription or monthly fee
There is no recurring platform fee and no monthly minimum. If you ship nothing in a month, you owe nothing.
No onboarding or setup fee
Creating an account, connecting your store and getting quoted costs nothing.
No markup line
We do not add an agent markup on top of your shipping and product cost. What we pay is what you are billed, plus the pick & pack rate you were quoted.
Paying
Bank transfer or card.
You add a payment method in the ShipSourced portal. Charges are raised against your balance as orders ship, and every one links back to the order it came from.
Bank transfer (ACH)
No surcharge.
Credit or debit card
A 3.5% surcharge is added to the payment to cover card processing. Choosing bank transfer avoids it.
