Do I need to be a ShipSourced client?
No. A partner account is only for referring — it doesn't include fulfillment or a client portal.
What counts as a referral?
A store that signs up through your link and ships at least one order with us. Sign-ups that never ship don't earn.
How long do I earn?
For as long as the store keeps shipping with us. There's no cap on stores or orders.
What if an order is cancelled?
Earnings on orders that are voided before they ship are reversed. Your dashboard always shows what's pending and what's paid.
How do I get paid?
The ShipSourced team pays out your earnings. Every order and bonus is listed in your dashboard so you can check it.
